DESCRIPTION

Work on tissue paper and cardboard combining Acrylic and Transferred Printed Matter. Featuring Nietzsche's reflection from The Antichrist — "Die Wahrheit und der Glaube, dass etwas wahr sei" — alongside a photograph of Andy Warhol's Death and Disaster series. Drawing on the tension between truth, belief and mediated reality, the composition brings together image, language and mortality. Built through layered transfer and acrylic, the composition brings together typography, image and surface.
