Textile work combining Gel Plate Monotype, Stencil-Applied Textile Ink and Hand Distressed Finishing. Featuring images and textual fragments drawn from Albert Scopin's photographic and video documentation of Patti Smith's room at the Chelsea Hotel. Drawing on this intimate record of an artist’s personal and creative environment, the composition translates fragments of a lived space into a textile surface, bringing together memory, artistic identity and traces of everyday life. Built through multiple gel plate transfers, stencil interventions and chemical aging processes, the surface continues to evolve through wear and washing.
